Return & Refund Policy

Standard 1 year warranty will apply to all products. Please contact us to initiate a return if:

The product is defective or dead on arrival

• If the product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival the buyer is is entitled to a replacement product, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement item will be sent after the defective item is received. Shipping costs will be covered by EV Gear.

• EV Gear is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us for any support.

• EV Gear is not liable for reasonable wear and tear due to the product's age and normal use.

Change of mind

• We accept returns for refunds if customers change their minds. Items must be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days. Refunds will be processed after we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition. If the item is damaged upon return, a partial refund may be issued. Please use appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.
